Email support@milesteward.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing. Please do not email VINs, photos of invoices or location history unless we ask; the app keeps those on your phone.

Common questions

A drive is missing

Open Review: the app compares your phone's motion history from the last seven days with your log and offers to add drives it missed. Older drives can be added by hand.

Backup and moving to a new phone

Settings → Backup exports a file you can keep anywhere and restore on another phone.

Delete my data

Settings → Privacy → Delete all data erases everything the app stores. Deleting the app does the same.

Subscriptions

Purchases are managed by Apple in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
